Genome assembly reveals 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules in Anaplectoides prasina, indicating its evolutionary significance.
<ns3:p>We present a genome assembly from an individual male <ns3:italic>Anaplectoides prasina</ns3:italic> (Green Arches; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Noctuidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 513.69 megabases. Most of the assembly (97.36%) is scaffolded into 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.37 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.</ns3:p>
