This article is dedicated to analyzing successful practices for managing the potential for economic growth of domestic enterprises producing livestock products to ensure long-term success, adaptation to market changes, and sustainable development in the agrarian sector. Successful examples of activities by enterprises of various sizes (including large agrarian companies, such as agroholdings, as well as small producers represented by farms and households) indicate that effective use of available resources, implementation of innovations, digitization of management, development of cooperation, and a focus on product quality create real prerequisites for sustainable development in the livestock sector. It is determined that efficient management of potential requires an adaptive approach to external challenges (economic, environmental, technological) and active participation in the formulation of agrarian policy. The development of the internal potential of enterprises should be based on strategic planning, modernization of production, investment in human capital, and the use of modern analytical tools. It is proved that present-day domestic enterprises producing livestock products have significant potential for growth and enhancement of competitiveness. This can be achieved through a systematic approach: implementing energy-saving and digital solutions, developing in-house processing, genetic renewal of herds, cooperation, and compliance with international standards. It is determined that active work in marketing and government support programs will help strengthen positions in the domestic market and expand export opportunities. Strategic investments today are the key to sustainable development of the industry tomorrow. Thus, the formation of efficient management practices for the economic growth potential is not only a necessity but also a condition for the long-term success of agrarian enterprises specializing in livestock production in the context of the transformation of the agrarian market in Ukraine. In the context of the development of Ukrainian livestock, scientific research into the methods of diagnosing and forecasting the economic potential of enterprises, adapting strategic planning to dynamic market changes, implementing ESG approaches in agriculture, and studying the effects of digitalization in terms of value, risks, and long-term stability is gaining particular importance.
