Children's positive outcomes are consistently linked to the quality of their relationship with their sister/brother/father. Children have good socio-emotional development when their relationship with their sister/brother/father is safe, supportive, reciprocal, sensitive and warm. In general, a sister/brother/father's love ensures good psychological health for children. The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness among young people and adolescents about bullying and the negative effects of this phenomenon. The paper also aims to be seen as a preventive measure to prevent criminal crime in educational institutions. The objective of the paper is to assess the relationship between bullying behaviors, victimization and physical altercations that occur within the school to determine how they affect criminal crime. The method used for this study is qualitative. This method allows us to use the information provided by the literature to better orient ourselves in the process of analyzing and discussing the results. Adolescents/young people who have their sister/brother/father's care have positive, friendly social relationships with their peers, are less conflicted and have positive friendly qualities. While adolescents/young people who do not have their sister/brother/father involved in their relationship have negative social relationships and a high level of hostility. Today, in Albania and beyond, bullying is a phenomenon that is increasingly taking place in our society. Bullying today has appeared in the newest form, which is that of social media, where young people of all ages go online or live and communicate with each other using offensive language with bullying notes. The school as an educational institution has already become a labyrinthine institution for many young people and adolescents due to the phenomenon of. Therefore, it is important to see school as an educational and supportive institution for young people and adolescents by encouraging them to be as active as possible in various school activities as well as a great psychological support through psychologists who are already integrated into Albanian schools. Bullying and criminal crime go hand in hand, if we have bullying we also have criminal crime. What should be noted is that in our country, bullying has taken on even greater proportions during the time of the Corona virus pandemic. We conclude that bullying and criminal crime are now inseparable from each other and that the criminal code must now review its paragraphs to adapt it to the phenomenon of bullying today. In the paper, it will be concluded that the use of social networks leads to cyberbullying among young people and adolescents.
