Case report reveals a cutaneous horn indentation on the ulna bone, suggesting unique complications from burn scars.
Cutaneous horn in a postburn scar is an unusual occurrence. We present a case of cutaneous horn in a 55-year-old male patient on the ulnar aspect of the forearm. The unique feature of this case report is the lesion causing an indentation on the underlying ulna bone making it the only case reported. Histopathology report is a hyperkeratotic horn without any evidence of malignancy.
