This study aims to analyze the transformation of character education through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in enhancing 21st-century skills and its implications for primary school learning outcomes. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing pre-test and post-test comparisons, observations, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The study was conducted at UPT SDN 03 Sukorejo with a total student population of 600. A cluster random sampling technique was used to select participants, resulting in class IV A being chosen as the sample, consisting of 20 students. The findings reveal a significant improvement in student learning outcomes following the implementation of P5. The average pre-test score was 57.5, which increased to 80.25 in the post-test, indicating a 40% enhancement in learning outcomes. Furthermore, the integration of P5 with a local wisdom theme not only contributed to academic achievement but also fostered essential 21st-century skills such as cultural awareness, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. These results highlight the potential of character education in shaping well-rounded students equipped for future challenges.
