Qualitative analysis reveals relationships between agile development, entrepreneurial innovation, and management principles.
This article deals with the subject of entrepreneurial innovation applied to the context of modern software engineering. Bibliographical analyses were undertaken in order to suggest efficient management, administration, and innovation models in the midst of technological development based on the scientific and literary works of the author Peter Drucker (1909-2005). Qualitative and bibliographical research were used to investigate the relationships between the concepts of systematic innovation, sources of opportunity, and entrepreneurial protagonism, as well as contemporary agile development practices such as the Lean Startup methodology, which focuses on reducing waste and quickly validating hypotheses based on customer feedback. The framework is a ready-made code structure that provides programmers with tools, libraries, and standards to facilitate and speed up software development. It allows them to focus more on the logic of the application than on the configuration or structuring of the project. With that being said, Scrum is an agile framework for managing complex projects based on iterative (sprint) and incremental delivery. The study concludes that integrating administrative thinking and technical development promotes more effective, innovative, and user-centred solutions. This study reinforces the importance of knowledge management and a culture of innovation in software engineering.
