Analysis reveals how artificial intelligence influences legal interpretation in digital courts, highlighting challenges.
With the advancement of digital court construction, artificial intelligence is gradually embedded in the judicial adjudication process, which has a significant impact on the application of law. Based on typical refereeing practice, this paper analyzes the adaptation differences of artificial intelligence in civil and commercial, criminal and administrative cases, reveals the potential interference of case-pushing in legal interpretation and case justice, and points out the problems such as lack of standards and insufficient supervision in current legal application. On this basis, the normative path is put forward, including defining the boundary of technical assistance, perfecting the responsibility mechanism and promoting the integration of law and technology. The research holds that judicial intellectualization is irreversible, but it should be run by the logic of rule of law to standardize technology and ensure the independence, fairness and justice of judges.
