This approach integrates cyber-physical systems and social factors to enhance transport logistics for mass events, indicating improved efficiency.
The article considers an integrated transport system that combines cyber-physical elements (intelli-gent transport systems, sensors, communication networks, etc.) and a social component (behavior of partici-pants in a mass event). This approach allows us to describe complex dynamic processes that are inefficient to analyze individually. The use of a cyber-physico-social system (CFS) for the transport services of mass events provides an in-depth analysis of the interactions between the elements of the system and the participants of the event, which allows us to develop an integrated and effective approach to transport and logistics services. This article is a study in the field of developing a conceptual architecture of a CFS for efficient transportation services for mass events.
