Research demonstrates a reliability algorithm for the metrology process in instruments, suggesting improvements for space launch support.
Space launch, as a comprehensive project, involves the application and coordination of numerous subsystem instruments and meters. To ensure foolproof metrology support for the instruments and meters in space launches, research on the reliability of the metrology process is extremely urgent. This paper introduces concepts such as process capability analysis and one-sided hypothesis testing to establish a reliability algorithm model for the metrology process, analyzes and verifies the algorithm capability by taking a typical device, the pressure gauge, as an example, thus providing a complete method for the design and implementation of the reliability assessment of the metrology process of instruments and meters.
