The angular distributions for elastic and inelastic scattering of 12C ions on 11B nuclei at Elab(12C) = 61 MeV for transitions to ground and low-excited states of 12C and 11B were obtained. These experimental data and data at other energies were analyzed with the help of optical model and model of coupled channel reactions. Energy dependence of the parameters of optical potential for 12С + 11В scattering was studied.
