This research aims to examine the relationship between Intelligent management and the use of artificial intelligence technologies to improve resource management within government institutions. It focuses on analyzing the management reality of the Directorate of Nationality and Civil in Habbaniyah as a practical model, highlighting the challenges and opportunities facing the implementation of this approach. The target population in this research is represented by (75) employees at the Directorate of Nationality and Civil in Habbaniyah. The research sample consisted of (63) employees randomly selected from the research community. The research relied on a questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting data and information, which was processed and analyzed using several descriptive statistical tools, using statistical analysis software (SPSS V.23) to test the main and sub-hypotheses of the research. The field investigation was consistent with the research objectives, supporting the validity of the hypotheses and the validity of its hypothetical model, which demonstrated the existence of relationships between the studied variables. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that artificial intelligence technologies are widely used in the directorate, particularly in the areas of automation and predictive analytics, which has helped reduce human errors and improve the efficiency of administrative processes. Considering the research findings, several recommendations were presented, most notably: "The need to expand the application of automation technologies using software robots (RPA) in routine tasks within the directorate, with the aim of reducing errors and increasing the efficiency of administrative performance. This should be achieved by adopting automated systems for data entry and processing recurring requests, and by allocating a technical team to monitor the implementation of this automation and train employees to handle it flexibly and effectively.
