This paper establishes a multi-body dynamics model of a tracked vehicle based on RecurDyn and verifies the accuracy of the model through experiments. An orthogonal experiment is designed with the vertical acceleration of the tracked vehicle's center of mass as the research objective. The influence of suspension stiffness of each axle on the ride comfort of the tracked vehicle is studied, analyzing the relationship between suspension stiffness of each axle and the vertical vibration characteristics of the tracked vehicle, as well as the variation patterns. The significance ranking of the influence of suspension stiffness of each axle on the ride comfort of the tracked vehicle is obtained, providing a technical basis for improving the ride comfort of tracked vehicles.
