Motivation: Simultaneous TOF MRA and SWI imaging of TOF MRA and SWI has a trade-off between the arterial depiction capability of TOF MRA and the signal-to-noise ratio of SWI. Goal(s): To develop a simultaneous TOF MRA and SWI imaging sequence with image quality equivalent to conventional methods for obtaining arterial and venous information in a shorter time. Approach: A sequence using deep learning-based reconstruction in addition to the multi-echo method and slab-to-slab overlap was developed and compared with the conventional methods. Results: The proposed method simultaneously achieved TOF MRA with guaranteed arterial depiction capability and SWI with improved SNR. Impact: The proposed method enables simultaneous TOF MRA and SWI imaging with clinically acceptable image quality, reduces scan time, and prevents misregistration. This allows us to obtain arterial and venous information in a shorter time.
