This study demonstrates effective adsorption and catalytic activation for ibuprofen removal using biomass, indicating strong environmental potential.
This study used agricultural waste as raw material to prepare porous carbon materials through a one-step pyrolysis method, demonstrating excellent adsorption and catalytic performance. The material exhibits an adsorption capacity for ibuprofen of up to 491.53 mg/g (by the PSO model). The catalytic PMS system can enhance the degradation rate of ibuprofen to 94%.
