Four-wave mixing achieves broadband infrared imaging using silicon structures, suggesting new imaging capabilities.
We employ four-wave mixing via silicon individual nano-resonators and metasurfaces to realise high-quality and broadband infrared (up to 4000nm) nonlinear imaging. We minimise high-power signal requirements using high-Q resonances and point scan imaging approaches.
