Adaptive imaging reduces power usage and improves tracking of lymphocytes in mouse lymph nodes, suggesting advanced insights into immune responses.
We present adaptive cell tracking by combining adaptive excitation and real-time cell tracking. We demonstrate a ten-fold power reduction for intravital two-photon volumetric imaging and tracking of lymphocytes in mouse lymph nodes.
