In this work, a photodetector achieves a peak responsivity of 59.5 AW -1 through upconversion nanoparticles and photogating effects.
We demonstrated a 1.5 μm upconversion photodetector with a record peak responsivity of 59.5 AW -1 , combining the efficient upconversion of erbium nanoparticles with the enhanced photoconductive gain from the photogating effect in graphene.
