Experimental data reveals cumulative effects in gas dynamics at various laser filamentation rates, suggesting new insights into fluid dynamics.
We present experimental data of time-resolved cumulative air hydrodynamics occurring during laser filamentation at repetition rates between 1 kHz and 100 kHz. At rates above 10 kHz, steady-state density depletions with decreasing density modulations emerge.
