We theoretically introduce non-Abelian electric field and spin-orbit coupling in photonic synthetic dimension based on a polarization-multiplexed time-modulated ring resonator. The resulting frequency-domain dynamics exhibit Zitterbewegung, Bloch oscillation, and their interplay.
