Using a conditional mouse model and fluorescence cryo-imaging, this study investigates endothelial c-Myc's role in heart metabolism during doxorubicin treatment. NADH/FAD redox ratio analysis revealed significant differences between genotypes, while no significant difference was found between saline and doxorubicin treatments.
