In recent years, the Belgorod region has demonstrated significant achievements in the field of digital trans-formation, ranking among the leading re-gions in Russia. Key factors contributing to the growth of innovation indicators include: government support – providing subsidies, favorable leasing conditions, and infrastruc-ture development; the implementation of digital technologies – automation of pro-cesses, the use of IoT, blockchain, and data analytics to enhance competitiveness; educational initiatives – training and retrain-ing personnel; intersectoral coordination – collaboration among government bodies, businesses, and research institutions. With-in educational programs, there is an em-phasis on training specialists in information technology, which fosters the creation of an innovative economy. Thus, digital transformation in the Belgorod region becomes a foundation for sustainable eco-nomic growth and an improvement in the quality of life for citizens.
