Research on the High-Quality Development of Human Resources in Shanxi Province under the Background of Opening Up to the Outside World

Opening up to the outside world has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of human resources in Shanxi Province, especially in terms of the structure of talent demand, vocational skills requirements and international competitiveness. The current situation of human resources in Shanxi Province reveals problems such as an aging population, uneven educational levels, structural employment contradictions and the segmentation of the labor market.
