In the article, the authors present the developed didactic model of forming the readiness of future coaches-teachers to work in children's and youth sports schools in powerlifting, which consists of the following components: methodological-targeted, motivational-value, theoretical-methodical, practical-activity, psychological-pedagogical and organizational-methodical. The methodological-targeted component is represented by the goal (to form the readiness of future coaches-teachers to work in children's and youth sports schools in powerlifting) and methodological approaches that will make it possible to achieve this goal during master's training at the university: competency-based, practice-oriented, resource-oriented, project-based. The motivational-value component involves the formation of personal interest in the profession of a coach, understanding the social significance of working with young athletes. It includes: awareness of the role of a coach in the development of the athlete's personality; desire for constant self-development; ability to motivate children to engage in powerlifting. The theoretical-methodical component includes the implementation of the training studio “Powerlifting in Youth Sports School” for master's students as an example of informal education. The approximate content of the training studio: “Biomechanics and exercise technique in powerlifting”, “Physiology of age-related development of children and adolescents”, “Methods of planning the training process”, “Fundamentals of sports nutrition and recovery”, “Fundamentals of sports medicine and injury prevention”, “Project activities of a powerlifting trainer-teacher”. The practical-activity component involves mastering the skills of conducting the training process and includes: methods of teaching powerlifting techniques; the ability to correct athletes' mistakes; organization of training and competition processes; use of modern means of control (video analysis, sensor technologies). The main components of the practical-activity component: master classes from coaches "Methodology of the training process in powerlifting"; practical internship in the Youth Sports School; development of skills in correction and analysis of movements; formation of skills in interaction with pupils; application of rehabilitation and restorative techniques; organization and holding of competitions. The psychological-pedagogical component involves the formation of skills in working with children of different ages; methods of supporting motivation and developing discipline; building a positive psychological climate in the team. This component is represented in the model by the psychological and pedagogical training "Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the work of coaches-teachers in the Youth Sports School in powerlifting". The organizational-methodical component involves the formation of skills in planning an annual training cycle; conducting testing of physical indicators; assessing the progress of athletes; maintaining documentation and reporting. The practical implementation of the organizational and methodological component can be carried out by: including courses on the methodology of the training process, sports management and planning in educational programs; organizing practical classes on training planning, analyzing the physical condition of athletes; using case methods to solve real coaching tasks; creating educational and methodological materials for young coaches.
