The article addresses the problem of utilizing a coaching approach in arts education. The research aims to justify the effectiveness of the coaching approach in developing leadership qualities among orchestral conductors, as well as to identify the key aspects of this process and provide practical recommendations for enhancing their leadership skills. In arts education, coaching can serve as an indicator of not only the development of professional leadership qualities and practical training but also the support of cognitive productivity and psychological resilience. Coaching sessions conducted with future conductors go far beyond professional success, impacting all spheres of life by improving their mental health and financial well-being. The study concludes that the coaching approach positively influences the formation and development of leadership qualities in future conductors, as it motivates conscious self-education and self-analysis, enabling them to leverage their potential to achieve desired outcomes.
