Interactive method enhances health and social competencies in students, suggesting improved health culture.
The article examines the health lexicon as an interactive method for developing competencies in students at the initial stage of the basic educational level. The need to find methods and approaches for developing the health culture of students is closely related to the established deterioration of their health status. The results of a study conducted with third-graders who filled out a lexicon on the topic "How to eat and live healthily?" are presented. The analysis of the results shows that the application of the lexicon improves students' cognitive, social and health competencies, which are fundamental to their scientific literacy.
