Implementation of Intelligent Management Decision-Making Systems in the Context of Digital Management

The article discusses the possibilities of integrating artificial intelligence tools into management business processes in the current conditions of the digital economy. The author analyzes and systematizes the main theories of managerial decision-making aimed at determining the effectiveness of managers’ decision-making in conditions of uncertainty and risks. The author identifies the advantages and problematic aspects of integrating artificial intelligence into management processes, and develops and justifies the conceptual foundations of an intelligent decision-making system as a multi-level management task in the context of global digitalization of business processes.
