Drawing on experiences from resource-constrained environments, the article highlights both the challenges of language barriers, stereotypes, and limited technology, and the opportunities provided by local knowledge, leadership, and innovative outreach. It provides practical strategies such as training, feedback mechanisms, and culturally tailored communication for sustaining long-term community impact.
