Experimental analysis reveals that Ag/δ-MnO₂@ANF achieves 100% formaldehyde conversion, implying effective catalytic properties.
α-MnO₂, β-MnO₂, and δ-MnO₂ catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method and redox precipitation method. These catalysts show excellent formaldehyde oxidation performance at room temperature. Among them, the δ-MnO₂ catalyst performs best . The Ag/δ-MnO₂@ANF catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method, redox method, etc., and its structure and morphology were deeply analyzed by means of multiple characterization methods. Experiments show that this catalyst shows excellent catalytic oxidation performance for formaldehyde at room temperature. Among them, 3% Ag/δ-MnO₂@ANF has the highest catalytic efficiency and can achieve 100% formal-dehyde conversion rate in a short time, and has good cycle stability. Its excellent per-formance stems from the synergistic effect of Ag, δ-MnO₂ and ANF. Ag promotes the generation of reactive oxygen species, δ-MnO₂ provides abundant active sites, and ANF increases the specific surface area to facilitate formaldehyde adsorption.
