The Rôle Of the Hospital Establishment Project in Achieving the Objectives of Heath Structures in Sénégal.

The hospital project is an essential strategic document that guides the development and organisation of a hospital. The project aims to improve the quality of care offered to patients while taking care of the medical teams. The project must project the hospital into the future, identifying the challenges to be met and the opportunities to be seized. In this study, we have seen how the hospital project has impacted on the performance of Senegalese hospitals by providing quality care, reducing mortality, digitising human resources processes and making management more efficient through good planning and a well-managed dashboard.
