Analysis shows urine protein and serum albumin levels in CKD patients, indicating renal damage.
Introduction: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible disorder of kidney function. urine protein is an important marker of gradual renal damage and is independently associated with the development of chronic renal failure and the incidence of cerebrovascular disease. Increased urine protein levels and decreased serum albumin levels are the main signs in CKD patients. The global prevalence of chronic kidney disease is estimated at 9.1%, and was ranked the 12th cause of death in 2017.
