Descriptive analysis finds communication and collaboration drive project completion in government agencies, suggesting higher efficiency.
This study explores the impact of teamwork management on the successful completion of projects within government agencies, with a focus on key factors such as communication, collaboration, leadership, and accountability. Given the growing need for efficiency in the public sector, understanding the dynamics of teamwork is essential for ensuring effective service delivery. Data were collected from 50 respondents through Google Forms, using a non-probability convenience sampling method. The study employed descriptive statistics and regression analysis to identify the relationships between teamwork practices and project outcomes. The findings reveal that communication and collaboration are the most significant predictors of project success. Effective communication ensures clarity, facilitates task coordination, and fosters a positive team environment, while collaboration enhances problem-solving and collective decision-making. On the other hand, leadership and conflict resolution were found to have a lesser but still important role in influencing project outcomes. The study highlights that government agencies must prioritize enhancing communication channels, promoting a collaborative culture, and providing leadership development to maximize project success. The findings also emphasize the need for structured conflict management practices to prevent disruptions. Overall, the study suggests that strengthening teamwork management is crucial for improving the effectiveness of public service projects, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction.
