Testing compares cleaning effectiveness of Dreko OOO’s detergents against standard agents for PPE, suggesting potential benefits.
The article presents the testing results for the detergents designed by Dreko OOO to wash and decontaminate the main personal protective equipment applied in radiochemical production conditions. It compares their decontamination effectiveness with the one of the “Vybor-1 M” powdered agent currently applied at the enterprise. The study shows that powdered detergents “Dez stirka – K” and “Dez stirka – Shch” produced by Dreko OOO can be recommended for washing/decontamination of workwear and personal protective equipment contaminated with both alpha- and betaemitting radionuclides.
