Discussion on organic-silicon coatings shows thermal stability in thermal-insulation tiles, indicating protection in high temperatures.
The principles of making the air-seasoned organic-silicon coatings with thermal stability up to 1200 °C and minimal internal stresses are discussed. The structure of a thermal-insulation tile of a rescue facility is presented, that is capable to overcome a spot of burning oil. The necessary heat-resistant properties of the tile, providing a temperature increase in a covering of an universal rescue facility no more than 30 °С, when the external surface of the tile reaches 1150 °С within 10 minutes, were obtained due to the development of heat-resistant organic-silicon coatings.
