Implant-supported overdentures have been an effective treatment method for edentulous mandibles. However, the loading time after implant placement is still controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the outcome of implant-supported overdentures using telescopic crowns for the treatment of edentulous patients with immediate loading protocol.
