Cesarean scar pregnancy is an unusual entity that is classified as a subtype of ectopic pregnancy and in turn in the placenta accreta spectrum. We present a case in whom other diagnoses were initially suspected, which implied management difficulties. It is reported due to its low prevalence and diagnostic difficulty due to low clinical suspicion. In addition, a brief review of the current literature on this pathology is carried out.
