A new genus Biampullisna gen. n. is erected to solely include “Teulisna” uniplaga Hampson, 1894 widely distributed in Mainland Southeast Asia, South China (Hainan Island) and the islands of Borneo and Sumatra. A new combination is introduced: Biampullisna uniplaga (Hampson, 1894), comb. n. Adults, as well as male and female genitalia of the type species of the new genus and similar taxa are illustrated.
