There is no standard optimal treatment regimen for patients with lung cancer complicated with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of carboplatin (CBDCA), bevacizumab (Bmab) and weekly paclitaxel (PXT) in patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.
