This study aimed to translate the original Swedish Quality in Psychiatric Care - Inpatient (QPC-IP) instrument into Faroese, adapting it to the specific context of psychiatric inpatient care in the Faroe Islands, conducting a detailed evaluation of its psychometric properties, and to describe patients' perception of quality of psychiatric care.
