On the Trends in the Implementation of the Institution of Probation by the Kazakh Probation Service Based on the Analysis of Information on the Number and Movement of Convicts to Punishments Not Related to Isolation From Society

The article, based on official statistical data on the number and movement of convicts to punishments not related to isolation from society in the Republic of Kazakhstan, examines the tendency of the implementation of the institution of probation by the Kazakh probation service. As a result of the analysis, the author comes to conclusions about the discovered patterns of probation services applying probation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
