This theoretical proposal outlines an experimental approach designed to investigate the complex interactions between counter-rotating magnetic fields generated by ferrofluids within vacuum spheres. Building upon existing research in magnetic field amplification, particularly the work of Colgate et al. (2011), this proposal seeks to address the challenges of generating and sustaining magnetic fields in low-turbulence environments. By integrating advanced machine learning techniques, the proposed experiment aims to optimize and analyze these interactions, offering new insights into magnetohydrodynamics and the potential for future technological applications. Additionally, this study expands the scope of traditional magnetic interaction experiments by exploring a wide array of rotational configurations, not limited to antiparallel rotation, but encompassing parallel, perpendicular, and more complex angular orientations. Although this experiment has not yet been conducted, the theoretical framework and detailed experimental design presented herein serve as a foundation for future research by others with the necessary resources.
