This paper analyzes the nature, influencing factors and response measures of love murder case, and puts forward the extreme events of love killing because of emotional conflict and dispute, which are divided into four kinds of disputes: breakup dispute, rival dispute, emotional infidelity and being rejected by courtship.The author tries to explore the psychological factors related to the occurrence of love murder cases: social rejection, frustration, stress, self-esteem, parenting methods, and psychological resilience.Based on the above factors, the author cites Fromm's view of love to explain what is mature love, and proposed that in order to avoid more love murder cases, promote the promotion of individual psychological resilience, and know how to identify and stay away from dangerous lovers in time.
