Abstract

Supplementary Figure 1: MHC-I and MHC-II expression is associated with Race. The log10(n+1) normalized (A) percentage of MHC-I+ tumor cells and (B) percentage of MHC-II+ tumor cells are compared between Black and Non-Black patients. Student t-test was used.
