Malignant tumors of the head and neck, occupying the sixth ranking place in the structure of overall morbidity among oncological diseases, remain a problematic aspect in oncological practice. Neglect also remains a significant problem, diagnosed in 30-40% of cases, despite the fact that this pathology is among the tumors of “external localization”. Thus, in the Russian Federation, the average annual growth rate of OH and S was 2.14% for 2021 [1,3] and the number of newly identified cases is steadily growing. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, these data are statistically different from those of the Russian Federation in terms of the structure of cancer incidence. About 1,700 new cases are detected annually in absolute terms [2,3,4,5]
