Gastric lipomas are uncommon; as they grow, they can potentially prolapse into the pyloric canal and cause gastric outlet obstruction, ulceration and gastrointestinal bleeding. Ultrasound features of Gastric lipomas are generally displayed as a well‐defined, oval shape with consistent fat density. Sonographers should uphold a high level of vigilance for the detection of these tumours, particularly in patients who present with mid‐epigastric pain, indigestion and postprandial vomiting. Timely diagnosis and appropriate management are imperative for optimising patient outcomes.
