Abstract

Introduction: Deuruxolitinib, a selective JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor, demonstrated significant hair regrowth in patients with alopecia areata (AA) in the THRIVE-AA1 and THRIVE-AA2 Phase 3 trials. Here, pooled safety measures from these two trials are reported.
