This article looks at the concept of business sustainability and why it is so important to businesses today. It starts by defining what business sustainability is before moving on to discuss why it is important, some of the companies who are doing it well, and finally takes a look at where the future lies for the concept. Business has a place in solving the problems that our world faces and its time it took that responsibility seriously. Business has a responsibility beyond making a profit; it has a responsibility to humanity.
