Trends and prospects of legal regulation of the method of filing a letter of resignation of their own free will

The article is devoted to the problem of finding a balance of interests of the parties to labor relations when establishing the method of filing an application for voluntary dismissal. In practice, employees increasingly notify the employer of the termination of labor relations in ways not provided for by current labor legislation. A conclusion is made about possible changes in labor legislation, taking into account the trends of increasing penetration of information technology into personnel records management.
