A 3-month-old child presented with complaints of recurrent cyanotic spells and failure to thrive. Trans-thoracic echocardiography showed a subaortic ventricular septal defect (VSD) with aortic-overriding and pulmonary atresia suggestive of tetralogy of fallot (TOF) morphology.
