The purpose of this article is to find out more about Usyur which is now applied in Indonesia under the name Customs. 'Usyur is a type of tax that is taken in the form of assets from the trade of ahludzzimmah and residents of darul harbi who have passed through the territory of the Muslims and the property is according to a predetermined level. Customs is a term for collection of export and import activities carried out by an entity or individual, besides that in customs there is a system used, especially in Indonesia, which aims to facilitate all activities. Customs in Indonesia has been used for a long time by kingdoms in the Indonesian archipelago.
