This part of the article dedicated to cultural value registration — a topical part of economic activity that is not currently solved. Author proposes an efficient registration method which, despite seemingly innumerable set of possible value parameters, allows to embrace more than 500 million of units within two years of operation, which includes consequent evaluation, employing hundreds of thousands of cultural field specialists in all areas of national culture, while increasing usefulness and demand of this profession.
